Life","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】コロナ禍で行われた看護系大学の遠隔授業の教育の実態を明らかにする．【方法】看護系大学教員22名を対象に，準備期・遠隔授業期・ハイブリット授業期の3期に分けて，不安・満足度・学生の理解度・協力体制などを質問紙とインタビューで調査した．【結果】対象者全員が授業への不安を感じており，機器操作と通信状況に関する不安であった．遠隔授業への満足度の高い者は，「遠隔授業の操作」，「学生との双方向でのやり取り」，「授業時間以外の学生の要望への対応」が十分に出来ていた．【考察】遠隔授業期当初に双方向を多用せず，オンデマンドによる講義から始めたことが不安低減と満足に繋がったと考えられた．教職員間の支援体制がトラブルの少ない遠隔授業の実施に繋がり，そのことが，何とかなるという感覚をもたらしている．一方で，学生状況の把握方法と，伝える方法の獲得は，困惑感と困難さを感じていると考えられた．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"人間環境大学松山看護学部"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2434-3986","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"篠原,
